SINOPSIS
Ghana, durante la época del colonialismo inglés. Kwesi Atta Bosomefi es un hombre dedicado a la educación escolar y religiosa. Nombrado Comisario Regional Africano, se identifica con los ingleses que dirigen su país. Rechaza su cultura hasta el punto de que se cambia el nombre por Quincy Arthur Bosomfield. Cuando los obreros protestan por sus duras condiciones de trabajo y de vida, Bosemfield tomará partido por el poder, llegando a traicionar a su familia al entregar a sus “amigos”, el bien más preciado de los suyos.
SYNOPSIS
Ghana, at the time of British colonial rule. Kwesi Atta Bosomefi is a man who has achieved success through academic and religious education. Appointed African Regional Commissioner, he identifies with the British men ruling over his country. His rejection of his own culture is so complete that he even changes his name to Quincy Arthur Bosomfield. When protests break out among the workers due to their terrible living and working conditions, Bosemfield takes the side of the powerful, betraying his family by offering his “friends” their most precious asset.

Ghana, durant le colonialisme anglais. Kwesi Atta Bosomefi est un homme qui a réussi sa vie grâce à l’éducation scolaire et religieuse. Nommé Commissaire Régional Africain, Kwesi s’identifie aux Anglais qui dirigent son pays. Il rejette sa culture africaine et change jusqu’à son nom pour devenir Quincy Arthur Bosomfield. Lorsque les travailleurs protestent contre leurs conditions de travail et de vie, Bosomfield prend le parti du pouvoir contre eux. Il trahira même sa famille en offrant à ses “amis”, ce que celle-ci avait de plus précieux.
