En Zinder, la segunda ciudad en importancia de Níger, Ousseini es el joven jefe del muy tradicional Gremio de Carniceros. Se enfrenta a un doble reto. En su empeño por desarrollar un negocio de exportación cárnica en su zona, deberá legitimizar su recién adquirido puesto de jefe tradicional, y ocupar el de jefe innovador.

À Zinder, la deuxième plus grande ville du Niger, Ousseini est un jeune chef de la très traditionnelle Confrérie des Bouchers. Il relève un double défi : en tentant de développer la filière exportation de viande de sa région, il devra légitimer sa place de chef traditionnel récemment acquise, et affirmer celle de chef novateur.

In Zinder, the 2nd largest city in Niger, Ousseini is the young chief of the very traditional Brotherhood of Butchers. While trying to develop a channel for exporting beef from his region, he faces another challenge: Legitimizing his recently acquired role as a traditional chief while at the same time asserting his role as an innovator.
