SINOPSIS

Gabón, Libreville, 2017. Christ, un joven boxeador, se entrena sin cesar durante el día y trabaja de vigilante en una discoteca de noche. Al mismo tiempo se desarrolla otra lucha, las elecciones presidenciales. Como ha ocurrido recientemente en otros países africanos y en el mundo, ¿hay esperanza esta vez para una transición democrática?

Gabon, Libreville, 2017. Christ, a young boxer, trains tirelessly during the day, and works as a bouncer at a nightclub at night. Meanwhile, another fight is playing out – the presidential elections. Is there hope for a democratic transition this time, as has recently occurred in other African countries and around the world?

Gabon, Libreville 2017. Christ, un jeune boxeur, s’entraîne sans relâche le jour. La nuit, il veille les portes des discothèques pour survivre, tant bien que mal. Au même moment, un autre combat se joue, ou se rejoue, celui des élections présidentielles. Comme cela a eu lieu récemment dans d’autres pays d’Afrique, et du Monde, cette fois-là, y a t-il l’espoir d’une transition démocratique ?
