SINOPSIS

ESPAÑOL

Zanga fue expulsado de su pueblo cuando aún era niño por ser fruto de una relación fuera del matrimonio. Cuando regresa al pueblo para averiguar la verdadera identidad de su padre, su llegada coincide con abruptos cambios en el río de la zona, lo que es interpretado por los aldeanos como una señal de que Faro, espíritu de las aguas, está molesta por la llegada del bastardo.

Zanga, qui était né hors mariage, retourne dans son village plusieurs années après en avoir été chassé, afin de découvrir l’identité de son père. Son arrivée coïncide avec de brusques changements dans le fleuve, manifestations interprétées comme un signe de colère de Faro, l’esprit du fleuve, dû à l’arrivée du bâtard.

ENGLISH

Zanga, a child born out of wedlock, is driven out of his village. After many years, he returns to find out who is father is. At the moment of his arrival, something happens that the villagers interpret as the river spirit Faro’s angry reaction to the bastard’s coming.
