SINOPSIS

Marigo el músico sueña con su instrumento, un congoma, que ha sido confiscado por su casera porque le debe el alquiler. Se hace con un billete de lotería nacional y decide guardarlo en un lugar seguro hasta el día del sorteo: lo pega a su puerta. La noche del sorteo, la fortuna sonríe a Marigo: tiene el número ganador. Marigo ya se imagina multimillonario, con miles de congomas, una orquesta, un avión privado… incluso tiene una visión del carismático Aminata Fall, símbolo del capitalismo africano. Pero el problema es que ha pegado el billete a la puerta…

Marigo le musicien rêve de son instrument, le congoma, confisqué par sa propriétaire parce qu’il lui doit son loyer. Il achète un billet de loto et décide de le garder dans un lieu sûr jusqu’au jour du tirage : il le colle sur sa porte. La nuit du tirage, la chance sourit à Marigo : il a le numéro gagnant ! Marigo se voit déjà multimillionnaire, avec des milliers de congomas, un orchestre, un avion privé… il a même une vision du charismatique Aminata Fall, symbole du capitalisme africain. Mais le problème, c’est qu’il a collé le billet sur la porte…

Marigo the musician dreams with his instrument – a congoma – confiscated by his landlady because he never pays the rent. He gets hold of a lottery ticket and decides to put it in a safe place while he waits for the draw: he glues it to the back of his door. The night of the draw, fortune blinds Marigo, he is the proud owner of the winning ticket. He already sees himself as a millionaire, with a thousand congomas, an orchestra and a private plane… He even has visions of the charismatic Aminata Fall, symbol of capitalism in Africa. But there is small problem; the ticket is glued to the door…
