SINOPSIS
En la Libia de la posrevolución, un grupo de mujeres se une por un sueño común: jugar al fútbol para la nación. Pero el país se hunde en la guerra civil y las esperanzas utópicas de la Primavera Árabe se diluyen. ¿Podrán hacer su sueño realidad? Más aun, ¿queda un país para el que jugar? Los campos de la libertades una película en torno a la esperanza y al sacrificio en una tierra donde los sueños son más bien un lujo. Descubrimos, a través de la mirada de estas activistas accidentales, un país en transición donde las historias de amor, las luchas y las aspiraciones en enfrentan a la historia.
SYNOPSIS
In post-revolution Libya, a group of women are brought together by a common dream: to play football for their nation. As the country descends into civil war and the utopian hopes of the “Arab Spring” begin to fade, will they still be able to fulfil their dream? And is there even a country left to play for? Freedom Fieldsis a film about hope and sacrifice in a land where dreams seem like more of a luxury. Through the eyes of these accidental activists we discover a country in transition, where personal stories of love, struggles and aspirations collide with history.

Dans la Lybie post-révolutionnaire, un groupe de femmes sont unies par un même rêve : jouer au football pour leur nation. Mais le pays est vite plongé dans la guerre civile et les utopies du « Printemps arabe » s’estompent. Peuvent-elles alors poursuivre leurs rêves ? Et existe-t-il vraiment une nation pour laquelle jouer? Les terrains de la libertéest un film sur l’espoir et le sacrifice dans un pays où rêver semble être un luxe. A travers le regard de ces militantes malgré elles, transparaît la réalité d’un pays en transition où les histoires individuelles d’amour, de lutte et d’aspirations rejoignent l’Histoire.
