El primer cinematógrafo llegó a Guinea ecuatorial en 1904. La última sala de cine cerró en Malabo en la década de los noventa. En 2011, durante el II Festival de cine africano de Guinea ecuatorial reabrió sus puertas el cine Marfil. Florencio, Ángel y Estrada nos cuentan cómo el cine ha estado y está presente en sus vidas.

Le premier cinématographe est arrivé en Guinée équatoriale en 1904. La dernière salle de Malabo a fermé dans les années 1990. En 2011, durant le 2e festival de cinéma africain de Guinée équatoriale, le cinéma Marfil a rouvert ses portes. Florencio, Ángel et Estrada racontent à quel point le cinéma était et est encore présent dans leur vie.

The first filmmaker arrived in Equatorial Guinea in 1904. The last movie theatre closed in Malabo in the decade of the nineties. In 2011, during the II African Film Festival of Equatorial Guinea, the Marfil Movie Theatre reopened its doors. Florencio, Ángel and Estrada tells us how cinema has been, and is still, present in their lives.
