SINOPSIS
La casa en el campo examina la vida en una comunidad rural aislada en la región del suroeste del Alto Atlas. La historia milenaria de los amazigh en Marruecos ha sido en gran parte contada, preservada y transmitida oralmente por bardos y cuentacuentos en las comunidades pastorales de habla tamazight. La casa en el campo sigue esta misma tradición con medios audiovisuales e intenta documentar y realizar un retrato fiel de un pueblo y una comunidad que no ha cambiado en cientos de años, a pesar de las cambiantes realidades sociopolíticas del país.
SYNOPSIS
House in the Fields examines the life of an isolated rural Amazigh community in the south-west region of the High Atlas Mountains. The thousand-year history of the Amazigh in Morocco has been, for the most part, recounted, preserved and transmitted by bards and storytellers in oral form among Tamazight speaking pastoral communities. House in the Fields continues this tradition of transmission, in an audiovisual form, in an attempt to faithfully document and present a portrait of a village and community that has remained unchanged for hundreds of years despite being confronted with the rapidly changing sociopolitical realities of the country.

La Maison des champs observe la vie d’une communauté rurale amazighe isolée dans la région sud-ouest du Haut Atlas. L’histoire millénaire des Amazighs au Maroc a été en grande partie racontée, conservée et oralement transmise par des bardes et des conteurs dans les communautés pastorales parlant tamazight. La Maison des champs poursuit cette tradition sous une forme audiovisuelle en tentant de documenter fidèlement et dresser un portrait d’un village et d’une communauté restés inchangés depuis des centaines d’années, malgré sa confrontation avec les réalités sociopolitiques changeantes du pays.
