SINOPSIS

Basada en hechos reales, Suprema solidaridad es la historia de Kamau, un artista que se rebela contra su padre y su tribu para reunirse con su amigo Otieno. Juntos se lanzan a un combate político para luchar contra la pobreza. Pero Kamau y Otieno se ven envueltos en el conflicto étnico que destroza el país. Además, ambos están enamorados de Alice, la hija de un pastor. Después de que las elecciones presidenciales sean impugnadas, los barrios populares se alzan y Kamau ve cómo su mundo se derrumba.

Tiré d’une histoire vraie, Suprême Solidarité raconte l’histoire de Kamau, un artiste qui se rebelle contre son père et contre son ethnie pour rejoindre son ami Otieno. Avec lui, il se lance dans un combat politique pour lutter contre la pauvreté. Mais Kamau et Otieno sont pris dans un conflit ethnique généralisé qui déchire leur pays. Ils sont par ailleurs tous les deux amoureux d’Alice, la fille d’un pasteur. Suite à une élection présidentielle contestée, les quartiers populaires se soulèvent et Kamau voit son univers s’écrouler.

Based on actual events, Togetherness Supreme is the story of Kamau, an artist, searching for change in the midst of tribal tension in the slums. Kamau stands up against his father and his tribe to join the other side with his friend Otieno. Kamau and Otieno fight for political change for those living in dire poverty, but they are caught up in the middle of the ethnic conflict that tears apart their country and, furthermore, they are rivals for the love of Alice, a preacher’s daughter. After a contested presidential election, the slums erupt in violence and Kamau’s world collapses around him.
