SINOPSIS  

Freda vive con su madre, su hermana y su hermano menor en un barrio popular de Haití. La familia sobrevive gracias a una pequeña tienda de alimentación. Frente a la precariedad y la violencia cotidiana, cada uno intenta escapar como puede de esta situación. Dispuesta a renunciar a su propia felicidad, Freda decide apostar en el futuro de su país.

SYNOPSIS  

Freda lives with her mother, sister and younger brother in a poor neighbourhood in Haiti. The family survives thanks to a small grocery shop. Faced with precariousness and daily violence, each of them tries to escape from this situation as best they can. Willing to give up her own happiness, Freda decides to fight for the future of her country.

Face à la précarité et à la violence quotidienne, chacun tente de s’échapper tant bien que mal de cette situation. Prête à renoncer à son propre bonheur, Freda décide de lutter pour l’avenir de son pays.
